Welcome to Store2Door! We want ordering to be as simple and transparent as possible. Please take a few minutes to read the information below before placing your order.

How Store2Door Works

Browse our website and add your chosen products to your cart.

Complete checkout using your preferred payment method.

We personally shop your order at Costco New Zealand.

If any item is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss a substitute or refund.

Your order is carefully packed and dispatched or delivered.

You'll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.

Personal Shopping Fee

Store2Door is a personal shopping service.

Orders with a product subtotal up to $300 incur a $30 Personal Shopping Fee.

Orders with a product subtotal over $300 incur a 10% Personal Shopping Fee.

This fee covers our time shopping, checking stock, communicating with customers, packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch.

The Personal Shopping Fee is separate from shipping or local delivery charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

Orders up to 25kg can be shipped using our standard courier service.

Orders between 25kg and 50kg require a freight quote before ordering.

Rural delivery surcharges apply where applicable.

Selected chilled products are dispatched Tuesday & Wednesday to minimise time spent in the courier network.

Frozen products are not currently available for nationwide shipping.

Payment Options

We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

Bank Transfer is our preferred payment method.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once cleared payment has been received.

Please use your order number as the payment reference.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability at Costco when your order is shopped.

If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or refund.

Retail prices and promotions may occasionally change before your order is shopped. If there is a significant price increase, we'll contact you before purchasing the item.
