Due to the nature of our personal shopping service, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or a product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
