If something is not right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 24 hours
• Keep all packaging
• Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and courier label
We will assess the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Perishable & Chilled Items
Due to food safety regulations, chilled and perishable items are final sale unless an error has occurred on our end.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before shopping begins.
Once shopping, packing, or dispatch has commenced, changes and cancellations are not possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for processing.
