About Our Service

Store2Door is an independent personal shopping and delivery service for Costco New Zealand. We shop in store on your behalf and courier your items nationwide.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Costco.

Delivery Information

Auckland Metro – $41 total up to 25kg

Whangarei/Hamilton- $49 total up to 25kg

Rest of North Island – $65 total up to 25kg

South Island – $97 total up to 25kg

Rural surcharge applies

Orders over $400

For large or heavy orders over $400 please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Pricing includes personal shopping, packing and courier delivery up to 25kg per parcel.

Shopping Schedule

We shop three days weekly on:

Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays 

 

Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched 1-2 day after shopping day.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.

Chilled items are shipped to North Island only. We do not ship chilled items to Rural addresses or South Island at this moment as shipping can take 2-3 days.

Delivery timeframes depend on courier networks and destination. NZ Couriers do aim for a Overnight delivery service. Store2Door is not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched 

Perishable & Temperature Sensitive Items

Due to the nature of chilled, and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

Frozen items are not currently available.
