About Our Service

Store2Door is an independent personal shopping and delivery service for Costco New Zealand. We shop in store on your behalf and courier your items nationwide.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Costco.

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted nationwide courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Weight Limits

Orders up to 25kg can be shipped using our standard courier service.

Orders between 25kg and 50kg require a customised freight quote. Please contact us before placing your order.

Rural Delivery

Rural deliveries may take slightly longer than standard delivery addresses.

Shopping Schedule

We shop three days weekly Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 

Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.

Perishable & Temperature Sensitive Items

Due to the nature of chilled, and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

Frozen items are not currently available.
