Store2Door provides a personal shopping and delivery service. We purchase products on behalf of customers from third-party retailers, including Costco New Zealand, and arrange local or nationwide delivery.

Store2Door is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Costco Wholesale or any other third-party retailer. All retailer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Information and Availability

Products displayed on the Store2Door website are subject to availability at the retailer at the time your order is shopped.

Product images are provided for identification and may differ slightly from the current packaging, size, flavour, colour, or version available in-store.

If an item is unavailable, Store2Door may contact you to discuss a substitute or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Pricing and Fees

Store2Door website prices, personal shopping fees, delivery fees, and courier shipping charges are displayed separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Retail prices and promotions may change without notice. If a significant price difference occurs before an item is purchased, Store2Door may contact the customer for approval.

The Store2Door personal shopping fee is separate from courier or local delivery charges.

Shipping and Delivery

Courier charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel size, weight, and applicable rural surcharges.

Orders exceeding standard parcel limits may require multiple parcels or a customised freight quote.

Courier delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, rural delivery schedules, weather, network delays, or other circumstances outside Store2Door’s control.

Third-Party Couriers and Retailers

Store2Door uses third-party retailers and delivery providers to fulfil orders. Store2Door will take reasonable steps to assist customers when an issue occurs but cannot guarantee retailer stock levels or courier delivery timeframes.
