Store2Door provides a personal shopping and delivery service. We purchase items on behalf of customers from third-party retailers (including Costco NZ) and arrange delivery to customers nationwide.

Store2Door is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Costco Wholesale or any other retailer.

Pricing & Fees

All prices listed on the Store2Door website include applicable service fees and estimated shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary in cases including but not limited to:

Rural delivery surcharges

Oversized or overweight items

Special handling requirements

Customers will be notified of any additional charges before order completion where possible.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Store2Door is not responsible for out-of-stock items, pricing changes, or purchase limits imposed by the retailer.

If an item is unavailable, customers will be offered:

A refund, or

A suitable alternative (if agreed)

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other external factors. Rural deliveries may take additional time.

Store2Door is not liable for delays once parcels have been dispatched with a courier.

Liability

While reasonable care is taken in handling and packaging orders, Store2Door is not liable for:

Manufacturer defects

Damage caused during courier transit

Delays outside of our control

Customers must report any issues within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the service (purchasing on behalf of customers), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the original retailer’s return policy.

Service fees are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.
