Do I Need a Costco Membership?

No. Store2Door shops on your behalf.

Minimum Order

Minimum order value is $120. However from now until the end of June 2026 No minimum Order.

Service Fee

A standard $30 service fee applies to all orders and includes personal shopping, packing, and handling. However for orders over $350, a 10% service fee applies. These orders need to be processed manually so we can calculate everything correctly, including bulky or heavy items. Please email us orders@store2door.co.nz your order and we’ll confirm the total and get you sorted quickly.

Shipping

Shipping is charged at checkout based on your region and parcel size (up to 25kg per parcel).

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, including rural addresses.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by region.

Payment Options

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Afterpay, and Bank Transfer.

Order Changes & Refunds

Orders can be changed or cancelled before shopping begins. Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours.
