Service Fee

A standard $30 service fee applies to all orders. This covers personal shopping, handling, packing, and coordination. Our service is best suited for bulk or multi item orders.

Do I Need a Membership?

No. Store2Door handles the shopping on your behalf.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order is $120 as Store2Door is designed for bulk Costco shops.

What does the shipping price include?

Shipping pricing includes service fee (personal shopping, packing) and courier delivery up to 25kg per parcel.

How much can fit in 25kg?

25kg allows for a standard bulk Costco shop including multiple grocery and household items. (It can vary from 4 box of shapes to 24 blocks of butter.) We do our best to package our parcels however larger orders may require multiple parcels. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across New Zealand including rural addresses.

What if my order is over $400?

Orders over $400 may require a custom freight quote. Please contact us before placing large or heavy orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched on shopping days. Delivery timeframes depend on courier routes and region. We use NZ Couriers and they aim for overnight delivery.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping is charged at checkout based on your delivery region.Rates are charged per parcel (up to 25kg).See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Shopping Schedule

We operate two shopping days per week. Orders placed outside scheduled shopping days will roll over to the next available shopping day unless marked as urgent.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For bank transfers, include your order number as the reference. Email orders@store2door.co.nz with your payment and order.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be changed or cancelled before shopping begins.
