Welcome to Store2Door. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Store2Door. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide a convenient personal shopping experience.

By placing an order with Store2Door, you agree to the following:

Service Fees and Shipping 

• A service fee from $30 applies to all orders.

• Shipping fees are charged per parcel based on delivery region.

• Larger or heavier orders may require multiple parcels and additional charges.

Pricing and Promotions

• Product prices listed on Store2Door are based on standard in-store pricing at the time they are added to our website.

• Final pricing reflects the in-store price at the time your order is shopped.

• Promotional, rebate, clearance, or limited-time pricing at Costco is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

• If a price difference occurs at the time of shopping, we will contact you before proceeding. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the item may be removed from your order.

Orders and Availability

 • Orders cannot be changed once shopping has begun.

• All product availability is subject to in-store stock at the time of shopping.

• We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

Delivery

 • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

• Store2Door is not liable for courier delays once dispatched.
