Store2Door offers local Auckland delivery and nationwide courier shipping.

Personal Shopping Fee

Our personal shopping fee covers the time spent processing your order, shopping for your products, communicating about unavailable items, packing your order, and preparing it for delivery.
Product subtotal up to and including $300: $30 personal shopping fee
Product subtotal over $300: 10% of the product subtotal
The personal shopping fee does not include local delivery or courier shipping.

Nationwide Courier Shipping
Nationwide courier rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery address
Rural or urban location
Parcel weight
Parcel size
Number of parcels required

Standard Parcel Limit
The maximum standard parcel weight is 25kg.
An order exceeding 25kg may require:
More than one courier parcel and more than one shipping charge; or
A customised freight quote.
For orders expected to weigh between 25kg and 50kg, please contact Store2Door before ordering.

Rural Delivery
Rural surcharges apply to addresses classified as rural by the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and rural status at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Courier delivery timeframes begin after your order has been shopped, packed, and dispatched.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier volumes, rural schedules, weekends, public holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been booked and dispatched.

Chilled Orders
Selected chilled products may be shipped North Island on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Chilled products are packed with suitable protective packaging where required. However, standard courier delivery is not a fully refrigerated service, and customers accept this risk when ordering chilled products.
